VIEWEDit Privacy Notice

VIEWEDit is designed to help you record and compare property viewings. Your property notes, photos, videos, voice notes, ratings, locations, documents and viewing details are personal, so the app is built around privacy and user control.

Data You Add To The App

VIEWEDit may store the following information when you choose to add it:

  • Property names, references, addresses and locations
  • Viewing dates, prices, notes, red flags, questions and offer details
  • Ratings, shortlist status and comparison notes
  • Photos, videos, voice recordings and transcripts
  • Property listing URLs and saved documents
  • Optional map/location information

This information is used only to provide the app’s features.

Local Storage

By default, your property data is stored locally on your device. This allows the app to work offline and helps keep your information private.

Photos, Camera, Microphone And Location

VIEWEDit may ask permission to access:

  • Camera: to take property photos and videos
  • Photo library: to add existing images
  • Microphone: to record voice notes
  • Location: to help save or map a property location

These permissions are used only for the features you choose to use.

No Advertising Or Tracking

VIEWEDit does not use your data for advertising.
VIEWEDit does not sell your personal data.
VIEWEDit does not track you across other apps or websites.

Sharing And Exporting

You control what you share. If you use the app’s share, print or export features, the selected property information, images, notes or comparison reports may be included in the file or message you choose to send.

Data Retention

Your data remains in the app unless you delete it or remove the app.
